Booking policy
The easiest way to schedule an appointment is via our website. Alternatively, you can always speak with our spa receptionist or give us a call. Apologies if we are unable to answer the phone, we are most likely pampering clients. Feel free to send us an email or to leave a voicemail, we shall get back to you promptly. To ensure your preferred time and services are available, we recommend booking in advance.
To promote commitment to your well-being and our dedicated staff, we require all appointments to be paid at the time of booking. If you have a gift card or a prepaid sauna bundle, please enter corresponding coupon code for the amount to be deducted at the time of booking. Enter BUNDLE for prepaid sauna bundles and for vouchers, enter VOUCHER followed by the value of your voucher i.e VOUCHER100.
Please note that due to software limitations, online group bookings are not available. Once your booking is confirmed, we will charge the card information provided on your group booking form.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards can be purchased in any amount between $25-$1,500. We no longer sell gift cards for specific services or packages, as our services menu and prices are subject to change. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift cards. Gift cards can be redeemed at Le Spa Orla at on any service or product, excluding products purchased online. Gift cards have a 3-year expiry from the date of purchase unless obtain via collaboration with another business. In that particular case, please refer to expiry date affixed directly on the voucher.
Cancellation policy
Le Spa Orla is a busy, professional environment therefore we kindly ask that you please let us know of any change in your schedule preventing you from making your appointment. We understand that schedules may change, but your booking time is specifically reserved for you. To be considerate of our scheduled therapists and clients who may have missed the opportunity to book during that time, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. For group bookings of three or more people, we require a minimum of five days notice. If the required notice is not provided, a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost will apply. This cancellation or no-show fee will be deducted from your pre-payment or deposit, or charged to the credit card or gift card on file for your account if there is an outstanding balance. to do so may result in a 50% cancellation charge.
Late Arrivals:
Please ensure that you arrive on time. We will try our best to accommodate any late arrival, but it may affect the length of your service(s) if there is another booking back-to-back.
Illness:
If you are unwell, please do not come in. Instead, please reschedule your booking for a later date at least 24 hours beforehand, if possible.
We are trading strictly by appointment only.
Please be mindful of our locked door policy. At times, our entrance door will be locked to maintain tranquility and safety. We may have last minute availabilities but we strongly recommend giving us a call to double check prior to come our way.
All guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age to enter into our spa facilities and benefit from our services unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Spa etiquette
We recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your treatment to allow adequate time for you to check-in and change. Please note late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out a consultation form if. Please inform us of any medical or health conditions, allergies, injury or pregnancy that may affect your spa experience when making your reservation. Pregnant guests must be over 12 weeks to be able to receive body treatments or massages and services might be altered to suit their needs.
All towels will be provided and shower amenities will be put at your disposal upon completion of your session.
Complimentary herbal teas and light refreshments are put at your disposal in our wellness lounge pre and post treatment.
Le Spa Orla provides a tranquil environment. To ensure comfort and relaxation of all guests, we ask that you please keep your voices to a minimum and respect that the spa is mobile and smoke-free environment. Please leave your mobile telephones along with any valuables or jewellery behind in your locker or safe at home.
Bathhouse etiquette
Upon entering our facility, we kindly ask for your assistance in following our bathhouse etiquette and conduct guidelines to promote a harmonious experience for everyone. For safety reasons, we are unable to allow entry to pregnant women at any stage or to those under the age of 18. If you have a heart condition, we advise you to consult your healthcare provider beforehand.
Bring along swimmers and your own towel to minimise laundry and lessen our environmental footprint. Showers, changing rooms, lockers, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience. Please remember to shower before and after using any of our bathhouse facilities. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that you use a towel when sitting in the sauna. Footwear is not permitted in the saunas, and we request that you refrain from bringing any devices into the hot spa, sauna , ice bath, or shower. We encourage you to speak softly and be considerate of others.
While Le Spa Orla is committed to providing a safe environment, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior to ensure a harmonious experience for all guests. Please be mindful of the time and ensure you stay only for the duration of your booked appointment, as additional charges may apply for anyone exceeding their scheduled time.
