Booking an appointment
The easiest way to schedule an appointment is via our website.
Alternatively, you can always speak with our spa receptionist or give us a call. Apologies if we are unable to answer the phone, we are most likely pampering clients. Feel free to send us an email or to leave a voicemail, we shall get back to you promptly.
Spa etiquette
We recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your treatment to allow adequate time for you to check-in and change. Please note late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out a consultation form if. Please inform us of any medical or health conditions, allergies, injury or pregnancy that may affect your spa experience when making your reservation. Pregnant guests must be over 12 weeks to be able to receive body treatments or massages and services might be altered to suit their needs.
All towels will be provided and shower amenities will be put at your disposal upon completion of your session.

Sunday: 10am-6pm
We are trading strictly by appointment only.
Please be mindful of our locked door policy. At times, our entrance door will be locked to maintain tranquility and safety. We may have last minute availabilities but we strongly recommend giving us a call to double check prior to come our way.
To ensure your preferred time and services are available, we recommend booking in advance.
All guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age to enter into our spa facilities and benefit from our services unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Complimentary herbal teas and light refreshments are put at your disposal in our wellness lounge pre and post treatment.
Le Spa Orla provides a tranquil environment. To ensure comfort and relaxation of all guests, we ask that you please keep your voices to a minimum and respect that the spa is mobile and smoke-free environment. Please leave your mobile telephones along with any valuables or jewellery behind in your locker or safe at home.
Cancellation policy: Le Spa Orla is a busy, professional environment therefore we kindly ask that you please let us know of any change in your schedule preventing you from making your appointment, at least 24-hours prior. Failure to do so may result in a 50% cancellation charge.
